- Drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations. As the Thailand-based Product Engineer, support local manufacturing operations and product-related activities.
- Take short-term and long-term corrective actions when equipment or tooling failures occur.
- Manage equipment preventive maintenance and calibration documentation, provide training, and maintain process controls in production.
- Evaluate, select, and order the most appropriate and cost-effective equipment and spare parts for manufacturing operations.
- Oversee the installation, modification, upgrading, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain current records of equipment manufacturers’ technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
- Study equipment performance and reliability.
- Establish programs and solutions to increase equipment uptime and resolve equipment-related problems that affect manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering teams.
- Define and prepare preventive maintenance schedules.
