These terms

These terms apply when you use this site. Please read them; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Our privacy notice at /privacy explains how we handle personal data.

What this site is

DeepTechJobs lists roles and information about companies and funding. It is free to use. It does not handle job applications. DeepTechJobs is run by Humand Talent Limited, which also recruits for employers. Some roles listed on the site may be ones Humand Talent Limited is recruiting for, and some are paid placements, marked Sponsored. When you follow a role to apply, you do so through the employer's own site or recruitment system or, for a role Humand Talent Limited is recruiting for, through Humand Talent Limited's own recruitment process. That process has its own terms and privacy notice. DeepTechJobs itself collects no applications.

Where the content comes from

Most listings are found on employers' career sites. Others are sent to us by employers, or are paid placements marked Sponsored. We aim to re-check listings on a rolling basis, and we take a role down when we find that its closing date has passed or that the employer no longer lists it. A role can close, or pass its closing date, before we update the site, and details can change at the source after we read them, so the employer's own listing is the authority for a role.

Company and funding information comes from companies' own public websites and announcements and from published funding news.

Company names, trade marks and logos belong to their owners. They appear here to identify the organisation a listing or record is about.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate, but we cannot promise that every listing or record is complete, current or correct, or that a role is still open. Nothing on the site is career, financial or investment advice. Check anything important with the employer or company before you rely on it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Using the site

Please do not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, mislead or impersonate anyone;
  • try to get into the staff area, or any part of the site or its systems that is not public;
  • introduce viruses or other harmful code, or try to disrupt how the site works;
  • use automated tools in a way that puts an unreasonable load on the site or gets round its limits.

We may block access by anyone who breaks these rules.

Our content

The site's design, the text we write and the way the catalogue is put together belong to Humand Talent Limited or the people who license them to us. You may view the site, link to any page, and save or print pages for your own use. Please ask us before copying or republishing a substantial part of the site. Job descriptions, logos and other material taken from employers and companies remain theirs.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, the site is provided free of charge and as it is. We are not responsible for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our failing to use reasonable care or of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for a decision you make based on information on the site, such as applying for a role, where that information came from an employer or another third party or had changed at its source, unless the loss was caused by our failing to use reasonable care. If you use the site for a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue or opportunity.
